Space and time, which are at the center of all lives, have been tried to be understood by many philosopher in many centuries and their thoughts have been produced. Space and time, which are thought to exist sometimes apart from each other and sometimes together, have taken on a fictional structure with many meanings that are included in it today. In this sense, the surface of the work of art, which has fictional qualities, forms the existence area of the fictional space from painting to cinema and literature, and thus it is seen that the intellectual is attached to the reality by clinging to the surface.
In the research, the reflections of space-time in the historical process and the changes it has gone through until today, as well as its transformation into a fictional space through the art work, which is the surface / intermediate space, are examined. Supported by the readings, a process has been followed in which the fictional space, which is handled over the spiral structure between the physical space-time we are in and the perceived personal space-time, extends to the infinity and the invisible through the surface.
With the application studies included in the thesis, both these researches were supported and the application studies shaped the development of the research. Thus, in the fictional space, which is also an existential field, it has been observed that the space has started to be produced with the thoughts in which cause-effect relations are not sought, and reflected with organic and fractal geometries. Space, which eliminates the obligation to comply with certain boundaries, also introduces the concept of fiction, and has prepared the ground for the formation of the fictional space, which is the space of fragmentation and unification, light and shadow, reflections, repetitions, even eternity.
