Mezo-Sübstitüye Korol Bileşikleri için Yeni Sentetik Metotların Geliştirilmesi
Özet
Porphyrin compounds, which are known as the pigment of life, are aromatic structures that are common in nature and have many vital functions. When recent studies on porphyrins and its derivatives are examined, it is seen that studies on contracted porphyrins, corroles, became an attractive research area. Corroles have important applications such as photodynamic therapy and photovoltaic systems in the fields of pharmaceutical, medicine and energy.
In the first part of the thesis, studies on the synthesis of pyrrole substituted corrole compounds, which were not known in the literature, were carried out. Novel pyrrole substituted trans-A2B corrole compounds were obtained by the condensation reaction of diformylated dipyrromethane compounds with pyrrole. In the second part, synthetic studies were carried out on mono meso-substituted A-type corrole, which is known to be more difficult to obtain than other corrole compounds. In order to obtain these compounds, three different synthetic methods were investigated.
