Bor içeren nano hidroksiapatit seramiklerin insan kaynaklı mezenkimal kök hücreler ile etkileşimi ve osteoporozlu tavşan uzun kemiklerine etkileri
Özet
Osteoporosis (OP), also known as bone loss, is a metabolic bone disease which can cause bone fractures at most as a result of the bone tissue’s mineral, strength and structure loss, and the prevalence and importance of which are such that it will give inspiration to many studies. In this study which aims to prevent, particularly, the fractures that can occur after OP, there are two main stages. While the first of these comprises the interaction of mesenchymal stem cells with our B-nHAp ceramic materials, the latter involves the application of diverse variations of these ceramic materials to the femur of osteoporotic rabbits.
