Phema-Jelatin Kriyojel Kemik Doku İskelelerinin Sentezi, Karakterizasyonu ve Biyolojik Aktivite Kazandırılması
Özet
The aim of the present study was to develop a system of testosrerone (TST) and 17-β estradiol (E2) loaded poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) PLGA nanoparticles-PHEMA-Gelatin tissue scaffold and to investigate the in-vitro effectiveness of this system in adipose derived mesenchymal stem cell (ADMSC) cultures for bone tissue regeneration.According to the results, it was observed that nanoparticle loaded systems supported the osteogenic differentiation of ADMSCs and extracellular matrix mineralization much more than other scaffolds. Also, PHEMA-Gelatin tissue scaffolds which sorbed PLGA nanoparticles loaded with TST and E2 separately were found to be more effective on cell adhesion, proliferation and differentation than the nanoparticles-free PHEMA-Gelatin tissue scaffolds. Additionally, superior properties at adhesion, proliferation and differentation of the ADMSCs were noted on tissue scaffolds which loaded TST and E2 hormones both.
