Özet
Glycoprotein IgG use as preventing infections in patients with a weak immune system and therapeutic purpose for many diseases such as pediatric HIV and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Treatment is usually in the longer range due to the high dose requirements, this is because isolation or purification of IgG gain importance. For this purpose affinity-based (Protein A chromatography, dye affinity chromatography, thiophilic affinity chromatography, etc.) and non-affinity based (ion-exchange chromatography, size exclusion chromatography etc.) methods are available.Molecular imprinting technique among affinity-based separation technique is an important option. Selectivity of the selected matrix for adsorption is improved by imprinting. Synthesis of matrix in cryogel form provides many advantages such as macropores, short diffusion path, low pressure drop, etc.In this study, L-Lysine and N-methacryloyl-L aspartic acid were chosen as template and functional monomer, respectively.
