| dc.description.abstract | Boronic acids and modified pyrrole-based boronic acid derivatives have a special place on recognition of carbohydrates. The synthesis of derivatives of polypyrrolebased boronic acid was carried out in this study. Synthesized boronic acid derivatives were electrochemically polymerized on the surface of platinum electrode. The affinity of polymer films to fructose, glucose, galactose, lactose, and sucrose were analyzed by using Open Circuit Potential Method. The polymers of 3- (1H-pyrrol-1-yl) phenylboronic acid and 3 - (2,5-di (thiophen-2-yl)-1H-pyrrol-1-yl) phenylboronic acid that show affinity to fructose and glucose in basic medium were observed. | tr_TR |

| dc.description.ozet | Karbonhidratların tanınmasında, boronik asitlerin ve modifiye edilmis pirol bazlı boronik asit türevlerinin özel bir yeri vardır. Bu çalısmada, polipirol bazlı boronik asit türevlerinin sentezi gerçeklestirilmistir. Sentezlenen boronik asit türevleri, platin elektrot yüzeyinde elektrokimyasal olarak polimerize edilmistir.
