| dc.description.abstract | Macrophages play important roles in phagocytosis of pathogens, antigen processing, clearence of apoptotic cells and tissue renewal, on the other hand they take part in storage of body iron and delivering it to tissues. | dc.description.ozet | Makrofajlar patojenlerin fagositozu, antijen sunumu, apoptoik hücrelerin sindirilmesi ve doku yenilenmesi gibi bir çok önemli görevlerinin yanı sıra vücuttaki demirin depolanması ve bu depolanan demirin gerektiği zaman dokulara gönderilmesinde de rol oynarlar. Çalışmamızın amacı; şimdiye kadar hiç çalışılmamış olan servikovajinal yaymalarda makrofaj-demir ilişkisinin sitolojik ve sitokimyasal yöntemler kullanılarak incelenmesi ve yaymalarda saptanan enfeksiyonlarla makrofaj sitoplazmasında depolanan demirin ilgisinin belirlenmesidir. | tr_TR |
