Vasküler Endotheliyal Büyüme Faktörü ve Mezenşimal Kök Hücre Uygulamasının Sıçan Sırt Flebi Modelinde Kapiller Yoğunluğa Etkisinin Cd 31 İle İncelenmesi
Özet
In this thesis study modified rat dorsal flap model had been studied to interpret the way of angiogenesis. Study was designed and divided into four different groups including control group, cell group, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) group and cell+VEGF group. Giving medium had been applied with gelatine matrix in the control group. For other three groups giving VEGF and cell had been applied with gelatine matrix. As a cell source, mesenchymal stem cells isolated from rat inguinal region had been of the passage 4. Sections which were taken from flap, had been observed with histological staining method and then hair root and skeletal muscle score had been done at the seventh day after operation. To determine capillary density and to compare between groups, CD 31, an immunological marker, had been counted. Consequently, average of CD 31 count had been larger in cell group than other groups.
