| dc.description.abstract | Dyes are used with high incidence in textile industry. Waste products that are composed in consequence of mentioned dye and other chemicals are discharged to receiving environment as sea, lake, stream etc. Waste water that is contaminated with high level of chemical agents are generally purified with chemical and physical method. On the other hand, water treatment with biological methods is more effective as well as being economic. In the light of this knowledge, water treatment methods which are adopt with using bacteria, algae, plant, or fungi become prominent. White rot fungi including Trametes versicolor participating microorganisms that are frequently used in the bioremediation of textile waste water.In this thesis, decolorization of Solazol Blue BB, Neutrilan Black, Reactive Bright Yellow, Reactive Red and Solazol Turquoise Blue are investigated by using Trametes versicolor. | tr_TR |

| dc.description.ozet | Tekstil endüstrisinde yüksek oranda boyar madde kullanılmaktadır. Kullanılan bu boyar maddeler ve diğer kimyasallar sonucu oluşan atık ürünler deniz, göl, akarsu gibi alıcı ortamlara atık su olarak verilmektedir. Yüksek oranda kimyasal madde ile kontamine olmuş atık sular genellikle kimyasal ve fiziksel yöntemlerle arıtılmaktadırlar. Biyolojik yöntemlerle arıtım ise ekonomik olmasının yanı sıra daha etkilidir. Bu bilgiler ışığında, bakteriler, algler, bitkiler ya da funguslar kullanılarak uygulanan arıtım yöntemleri öne çıkmaktadır. Trametes versicolor un da içinde bulunduğu beyaz çürükçül funguslar tekstil atık sularının biyoremediasyonunda çoklukla kullanılan mikroorganizmalar arasındadır.Trametes versicolor ATCC 200801 ile yaptığımız çalışmamızda Solazol Blue BB, Neutrilan Black, Reactive Bright Yellow, Reactive Red ve Solazol Turquoise Blue boyar maddelerinin giderimi incelendi. | tr_TR |
