dc.description.abstractThe air crescent sign is a well-known important diagnostic finding in invasive pulmonary aspergillosis. Herein we report a distinctive but rare ultrasonographic appearance in a patient with myositis secondary to Aspergillus flavus infection, which can be considered as the soft tissue counterpart of the air crescent sign.
