Televizyonda Yayımlanan Evlilik Programlarındaki Hitap Şekilleri
Abstract
In this study, the corpus, compiled from 'Matchmaking Shows' on TV, is examined using Pragmatics Analysis method. The study aims to get a general idea about social and everyday use of language by analysing such concepts involved in dialogues as speaker, receiver, time and space through words of addressing and pronouns. Power-solidarity, implication and discourse adverbials are examined through words of addressing and discourse of speakers from various social classes who appear on matchmaking TV shows. The analyses have been done by classifying words of addressing under different headings and sticking to the context in discourse.
