Abstract

It is aimed in this dissertation which is called Theory and Critisizm of Poetry in the Literary Magazines and Art Magazines: 1950-1970 to create the bibliography of writings about poetry which was appeared in literary and art magazines between 1950 and 1970 and it is based on these writings the age of poetry discussions, basic subjects and to evaluate the age of poetry ambience. In the entry of dissertation, literary magazines in Turkey is evaluated generally until 1970. The dissertation consists of five parts which are discussions of poetry, translation of poetry, discussions about the Second New, The Socialist Poetry discussions and statistical evaluation. In these parts that are identified according to contents and numerical analysis writings in magazines; it is tried to identify according to the writings literary and art magazines and the progress and the change of Turkish poetry between 1950-1970.
