Karagöz is a kind of traditional theatre type which was carried from Ottoman to Cyprus and had its own charteacteristic with its language and created characters.Karagöz which is performed by reflecting of apperances to act have entertainedCyprus people; on the other hand, it is not possible to mention on Karagöz traditionso far. At this point, it was aimerd in the research to examine changes occurred in itstype coming from the past, and performance changes.
