| dc.description.abstract | Symbols not just a simple transfer marks in the context of cultural continuity and preserves the cultural memory based on centuries are cultural codes. Created by and reflects the values of the period in which the transfer and cultural memory structures as symbols, has been the subject of many studies. In this context, in accordance with the symbols make sense in the context of each research has shown differences in approach in revealing the function of individual and social life. | dc.description.ozet | Semboller sadece basit işaretler değil yüzyıllara dayanan kültürel belleğin kültürel süreklilik bağlamında aktaran ve yaşatan kültürel kodlardır. Oluşturulduğu ve aktarıldığı dönemin değerlerini ve kültürel belleğini yansıtan yapılar olarak semboller, pek çok çalışmanın konusu olmuştur. Bu bağlamda her bir araştırmanın sembolleri bağlamlarına uygun olarak anlamlandırma, bireysel ve toplumsal yaşamdaki işlevini ortaya koymadaki yaklaşımı farklılık göstermiştir. Semboller, kültürel ve toplumsal bir sürecin ürünü olduğu, geçmişin değerlerinin kodlandığı yapılar olarak tarih, coğrafya, inanç ve benzeri alanlardaki pek çok bilgiyi geleceğe taşıdığı toplumsal göstergebilim alanında çalışanların ortak görüşüdür.
