Türk Polisiye Hikayesinde Suç ve Suçlular (1914-1928)
Özet
In this study, crime and criminal have investigated in serial detective stories which published between 1914 and 1928. In stories examined, kinds of crime and types of criminal have determined. Afterwards, it is arrived at a conclusion about crime and criminals. Serial detective stories rejected in detective genre and called popular. In result of our analysis, it is emerged that this stories which is stepchild of detective genre have features that can shed light on researches of literature. In serial detective stories examined, juristic, biological, psychological and sociological items are found about crime and criminals. According to writers knowledge about crime and criminals, these items are formed. Moreover, these items shows that writers were readers of detective stories at the same time. In conclusion, serial detective stories not only entertain with delirious and curious events but also give knowledge about crime and criminals.
