Since the time of the Crusaders and invading the Americas, European political thinkers hadbeen in a heavy effort for finding a way of conciliation among the ideas on justice and naturallaw in one hand, and European dominations over non-European peoples on the other.Especially after XIX. Century in a time when Europe became a dominant power over the restof the world, the tension among the liberal thinking and colonialist practice became moreapparent and the thinkers who are labeled as defender of universal ideas and egalitarianism alsodefended the justice of colonialism and imperialism through finding a way of reconciliationnamely civilizatory work which meant a dependency for a particular time till the said peoplescan build their self-institutions and sustainable governments.
