Farklı Tuzluluğa Sahip Göllerde fabrea salina (Cılıophora: Heterotrıchea) Popülasyon Büyüklüğünün Alansal ve Zamansal Modellenmesi
Özet
In this thesis, highly distinct species in hypersaline aquatic systems and frequently studied in aqucultural nutritient studies, Fabrea salina, used as model organism, is aimed to bring different approaches to current studies and problems.
The scope of this thesis is comparing the amount of suspended solids dissolved oxygen mg/ L, dissolved oxygen % sat, conductivity μS/cm, water temperature ° C and salinity measured monthly in Acıgöl, Bolluk Lake, Tersakan Lake, Tuz Lake which is located in Konya Closed Basin to compare values with Fabrea salina population which is collected monthly by plankton net between December 2015 - December 2016. Data were investigated, whether data normally distributed or not. Non normal data are analyzed by Kruskal Wallis test and then compared with abiotic data to determine similarity. Principal Coordinates Analysis (PCO) and Cluster analysis were used to illustrate the relationship between stations with abiotic data in salty lakes. Spearman analysis was used to test correlation between physical and chemical variables in lakes. Fabrea salina count data where discrete values and zeros are found too many, compared with physicochemical data by counting model with zero-inflated model and logistic regression model to find relationship with. As a result of the model Fabrea salina population correlated between dissolved oxygen parameters, water temperature, and pH values
