The words stateless and statelessness based on state notion contain a past and a history in itself. In this sense, these base upon a sociological basis. German and Turkish societies had a quite troubled times during the process of shaping of these words, and sense and meaning of the words are naturally influenced deeply. Interaction between two countries -especially developed after the WW II- has added haymatlos term into Turkish, especially in recent years, this quoted words has taken their places in Turkish since then on.
