Farklı Parametrelerde Er,Cr:Ysgg ve Diyot Lazer Uygulamasının Mine ve Dentin Erozyonunu Önleme Üzerine Etkisinin in Vitro Olarak incelenmesi
Özet
The aim of this in vitro study was to evaluate the effect of Er,Cr:YSGG and diode laser with different parameters on the prevention of enamel and dentin erosion regarding microhardness and surface roughness. Extracted 40 human permanent molar teeth were separated into two via mesiodistal direction. Forty specimens for either enamel and dentin were prepared by flattenning the surfaces, in dimensions of 6x3x3 mm. Both the enamel specimens (M) and the dentin specimens (D) were divided into 4 groups according to the laser treatment applied (n=10), which were E1: Er,Cr:YSGG laser, 0.25 W, E2: Er,Cr:YSGG laser, 0.75 W, E3: Diode laser, 15 J cm2, E4: Diode laser, 60 J cm2, D1: Er,Cr:YSGG laser, 0.25 W, D2: Er,Cr:YSGG laser, 0.75 W, D3: Diode laser, 15 J cm2 and D4: Diode laser, 60 J cm2. For Er,Cr:YSGG laser, frequency of 20 Hz, 30% air and 0% water parameters were employed. The laser treated specimens were submitted to demineralization (0.3% citric acid, pH 2.45, for 5 min)
