Kurumsal bilginin kaynağı olarak okulların doğal faaliyetleri sonucunda oluşan belgeler,
okullardaki yönetim ve iletişim faaliyetlerinin önemli bir unsuru olmanın yanı sıra eğitim
planlamasında bölgesel ve hatta ulusal boyutlarda yol gösterici bilgi kaynağı konumundadırlar. Okullardaki belgeleri etkin bir belge yönetimi programı ile yönetebilmek için, okulun tüm birimlerindeki belge yönetimi ile ilgili mevcut durumun, sorunların ve beklentilerin analiz edilmesi, ayrıca bağlı olunan yasal çevrenin ve ilgili alanda geliştirilen yol gösterici nitelikteki ulusal ve
uluslararası düzenlemelerin de değerlendirilmesi gerekli görülmektedir. Bu makale kapsamında eğitim kurumlarında belge işlemlerini etkileyen ulusal ve uluslararası koşullar analiz edilerek, ülkemiz okullarında geliştirilebilecek belge yönetimi programlarının unsurları tanımlanmaya çalışılmıştır. | |
