Çalışmada belge yönetimi programlarının geliştirilmesi sürecinin tartışılması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu kapsamda yasal ve idari koşulların analizi uygulamaları ele alınmaktadır. Çalışmada ülkemizde kamu kurumlarında belge işlemlerini etkileyen ve belirleyen yasal düzenlemeler incelenmektedir. Ayrıca, kamu üniversiteleri ile Hacettepe Üniversitesine yönelik belge yönetimi programlarının geliştirilmesi sürecinin bir parçası olarak gerçekleştirilen yasal analiz uygulamasının sonuçları değerlendirilmektedir. | |
