Kriyojel Bazlı Doku İskelelerine Testosteron ve 17- Β Estradiol Yüklü Plga Nanopartiküllerin Kullanımı İle Sıçanlarda Kemik Rejenerasyonunun İncelenmesi
Abstract
The aim of the present study was to develop a system of testosrerone (TST) and 17-β estradiol (E2) loaded poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) PLGA nanoparticles-PHEMA-Gelatin tissue scaffold and to investigate the in-vitro and in-vivo effectiveness of this system. According to the in-vitro results, it was observed that nanoparticle loaded systems supported the osteogenic differentiation of ADMSCs and extracellular matrix mineralization much more than other scaffolds. Also, PHEMA-Gelatin tissue scaffolds which sorbed PLGA nanoparticles loaded with TST and E2 separately and together were found to be more effective on cell adhesion, proliferation and differentation than the nanoparticles-free PHEMA-Gelatin tissue scaffolds.
