Boronik Asit Türevlerinin Sentezi ve Monosakkarit Afinitelerinin Incelenmesi
Abstract
Boronic acids and modified pyrrole-based boronic acid derivatives have a special place on recognition of carbohydrates. The synthesis of derivatives of polypyrrolebased boronic acid was carried out in this study. Synthesized boronic acid derivatives were electrochemically polymerized on the surface of platinum electrode. The affinity of polymer films to fructose, glucose, galactose, lactose, and sucrose were analyzed by using Open Circuit Potential Method. The polymers of 3- (1H-pyrrol-1-yl) phenylboronic acid and 3 - (2,5-di (thiophen-2-yl)-1H-pyrrol-1-yl) phenylboronic acid that show affinity to fructose and glucose in basic medium were observed.
