The purpose of this thesis is to investigate middle school students' cyber bullying awareness levels based on students’, teachers’ and parents’ views. In this context, the opinions were taken to determine the demographic and socioeconomic characteristics of middle school students, teachers and parents, and the use of ICT tools. The study group of consisted of middle school students, teachers and parents. In this study, in 2015-2016 academic year, data were taken from 512 students who are studying in middle school from 10 different provinces, 239 teacher who are performing a duty in 39 provinces and 143 parents who are living in 19 different provinces. The data has been collected in the online platform. In this study 'The Survey on Cyber Bullying Behaviours Awareness' improved by the researcher as based on the literature and 'Personal Information Forms' were used. In order to analyze the data, frequencies and percentages have been calculated and also T-Test and ANOVA Test were applied. In the light of this research, awareness of cyber bullying is high on the middle school students. Also, with the help of the observations of teachers and parents, the levels of awareness of cyber bullying of middle school students are high as well. According to the findings, sexes of middle school students and their parent's level of income effect their cyber bullying awarenesses. According to the findings of the research, the places where students spent most of their time are the same places in which they are exposed to cyber bullying.
