Abstract
Within this study, an experimental approach on blood glucose measurement using near infrared spectroscopy method has been developed. The interact of glucose and water molecules with light according to the wavelength were examined and the relationship between the blood sugar value and wavelength were analyzed. As a result of tests, it was found that glucose levels in an aqueous solution can be calculated by using near-infrared spectroscopy method at different wavelengths and found that blood sugar levels in the body can be monitored from the skin surface during the day without the need for blood sampling.
