The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between school principals’ toxic leadership behavior levels and teachers’ organizational happiness levels according to the perceptions of teachers who work in primary schools and secondary schools. The relational survey model of quantitative research methods was used in the study. The sample of the study consists of 567 teachers selected by simple random sampling method among 2370 teachers working in primary and secondary schools in the center of Afyonkarahisar in 2021-2022 academic year. The data of the study was gathered through "Toxic Leadership Scale” and “Organizational Happiness Scale”. In addition to the scales, the form of personal information was used to obtain demographic information. Arithmetic average, standard deviation, Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis H tests, Spearman correlation analysis and regression analysis were used in the examination of data. According to the results, teachers do not agree the idea that school principals show toxic leadership behaviors and teachers have been found to be highly high levels of organizational happiness. In the study, it was concluded that teachers' perceptions of school principals' toxic leadership behaviors and organizational happiness levels differed significantly according to their marital status, age, professional seniority, branch and type of school they work in. It has been found that toxic leadership predict the organizational happiness of the teachers.
