Çözüm Odaklı Kısa Terapite Dayalı Sosyal Hizmet Müdahalesinin Kronik Böbrek Yetmezliği Hastalarının Psikososyal Uyum Düzeylerine Etkisi

Abstract

Hemodialysis treatment negatively affects patients with chronic kidney disease and their families from psychological, social and economic aspects and may lead to psychosocial adjustment problems in patients. This research which aims to determine the effects of solution focused brief therapy on chronic kidney disease patients’ psychosocial adherence level is an quasi-experimental study based on pretest-posttest model with comparison group. Six patients in intervention group, whereas six patients in control group, a total of 12 patients were evaluated within the scope of the research. Five or six, a total of 33 sessions have been carried out to the patients in the intervention group between 07.03.2014-19.02.2015, whereas any intervention did not carry out to the patients in the control group.
