Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of the perceived managerial coaching on employee s job satisfaction, affective commitment and turnover intentions in the organizations.The research was carried out by participating of 185 employees chosen by random sampling working in İstanbul branch offices of one of the leading private banks in the country.
