Demattia-Esnek Çatlama Test Cihazının Tasarımı ve Elastomerler Testlerinde Kullanılması

Abstract

Demattia-Flexible Cracking tester to be made is an imported device that is used to test the life of elastomers in dynamic conditions and is not yet produced in our country. Necessary standards have been examined in order for the device to comply with international standards and to design according to the standards. In addition, equivalent products were examined by making necessary visits and user comments were compiled. In this way, the necessary information for the design phase has been compiled. In addition, reason of the dynamic fatigue was added by review the literature resources. Conceptual designs were prepared for the test device, the parts to be passed to the detailed design were determined and off the shelf products were selected according to the detailed design. Along with these outputs, mechanical production documents and product list were prepared. The specimens which were provided from Aktaş Grup Hava Suspension Systems, Ltd.Şti. ve Babacan Endustri ve Kaucuk Urunleri Imalat San. Tic. Ltd. Sti has been tested iv with the developed test device. The results are shared. Life tests have been successfully completed; a reliable, user-friendly testing system has been developed.
