Abstract
This study was carried out to identify the changes in the educational indicators related to primary education in Turkey between 2002 and 2011. Fourteen educational indicators were studied and political objectives and their actualization levels were examined for that decade.This is a descriptive study in survey model. Data were analyzed by document analysis method. The study covers school-age population, enrollment rates, students, teachers, scholarship, graduate students and budget aspects between 2002 and 2011 at primary education level in Turkey.
