Abstract

In this study, it is aimed to determine the perception of organizational silence of the lecturers in the faculty of education, faculty of engineering and faculty of science and literature of the three state universities in Ankara. The perception of the organizational silence of the faculty members were examined according to the gender, academic title, administrative duty, faculty and the tenure of office.
