Abstract
This study aims to reveal the relationship between teacher and administratorperceptions of teachers serving at state secondary schools located in central districtsof Ankara with regard to their organizational citizenship behavior and teachers organizational image perceptions and the achievements of students. Within thescope of this study, an attempt has been made to identify any differences betweenthe perceptions of administrators in terms of teachers organizational citizenshipbehavior and teachers perceptions about their own organizational citizenshipbehavior. The study also aims to evaluate the relationship between the teachers organizational citizenship behavior, organizational image perceptions and theachievements of 8th grade students.
