Abstract
In this study, seasonal agricultural workers (children) status of access to educational right and social skill competencies were investigated via teachers views. The aim of this study is to stress the difficulties the seasonal agricultural workers (students) have with respect to access to educational right and attaining social skill competencies. The study group involves 31 teachers. The interview form developed by the researcher was used in the study and The data were analyzed with the technique of descriptive analysis . According to the findings, the seasonal agricultural workers (children) access to educational right is hindered. these students feel shy in the learning environment, they feel like an outsider, they feel they don t belong to school.
