Tibialis Posterior Kas Yorgunluk Protokolünün Statik ve Dinamik Ayak Parametreleri Üzerine Etkisi
Özet
The purpose of this study is to find out the changes in the measurable parameters the dynamic and static position of foot , caused by tibialis posterior muscle which is activated by the fatique protocol. Thirty healty patients were participated in this study. Socio-dermographic and descriptive characteristics of the participants were recorded. The changes on the dynamic and static position of foot were measured by pedobarography whereas the fatique level was measured by Borg Fatique Scale . In the statistical analysis carried out at the end of the study; through the fatique protocol applied on the dynamic parameters of right foot a significant increase in the maximum pressure measurement of mid foot was observed (p<0.05). The fatigue protocol measured in the total contact area during the static upright position, there was no significant changes were found ( p>0.05) . Speed has no significant effect on the dynamic parameters of left foot without fatique protocol application (p>0.05). According to the results obtained at the end of this study, there was a correlation between the fatique of tibialis posterior and the static and dynamic parameters of foot.
