İşkoliklik ile Tükenmişlik ve Görev Performansı Arasındaki İlişkide Özyeterliliğin Rolü
Özet
The aim of this study is to investigate the role of self efficacy in the relationship between workaholism and burnout; and workaholism and in role performance. In this study, it is suggested that there is a positive relationship between burnout with workaholism and work excessively and working compulsively which are dimensions of workaholism and self efficacy plays role in this relationship. However, it is suggested that there is a negative relationship between in role performance with workaholism and work excessively and working compulsively which are dimensions of workaholism and self efficacy plays role in this relationship. The data has been gathered via survey in different cities from a sample of 250 people. The research hypotheses of this study were analysed using process macro. According to the results of the study, a positive relationship is between workaholism and dimensions of workaholism with burnout, and between workaholism and working compulsively dimension with in role performance. However, no significant relationship is between working excessively dimension and in role performance. Furthermore, there is a moderated relationship between workaholism and dimensions of workaholism with burnout by self efficacy. There is a no moderated relationship between workaholism and dimensions of workaholism with in role performance by self efficacy.
