This thesis focuses on an examination of photography, video and gouache, to which the author attributes importance in her painting practice and life as an artist. Therefore, the aim of the research is to seek answers to three fundamental questions that have taken place in the artist's mind in order to understand his own curiosity: Why are photography and video influencing him? What are the impulses that cause her to work from photography and video? What is the effect of the medium on the artist in his paintings with gouache? While searching for answers to these questions, the general structure of the thesis, which is in the nature of an adventure, is formed by the identities and impressions he has established between himself and the texts and works of thinkers, critics, writers and artists he has encountered. Based on the findings, the thesis concludes that the difference between photography and painting stems from time, that looking at a photograph creates an identity and imagination with it, that photography has an immanent memory, that the process gains importance on the path to individuation, that the concepts of seeing as an artist and as a viewer differ, that the special emotions and spiritual structure of human beings are expressed through the body and its parts, and that the search for happiness can be established with harmony in painting.
