This research aimed to examine the relationships among organizational identification, psychological contract, and leadership orientation up to teachers' views. The research was conducted with 407 teachers working in secondary schools in Adana during the 2022-2023 academic season. Organizational Identification Scale, Psychological Contract Scale, and Leadership Orientation Scale were used as data collection tools in the study. Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t test, ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation analysis were employed to analyze the data. The data analysis was conducted by SPSS, and Mplus computer programs. According to teachers' opinions, it was observed that school principals' structural, human resources, and political leadership orientations were at a high level. It was defined that opinions regarding all dimensions of leadership orientation differed based upon the variable working time. It was also observed that teachers' transactional psychological contracts were rated as low while relational psychological contracts rated as moderate. Moreover, it has been determined that opinions regarding the transactional psychological contract differ according to gender, and opinions regarding the relational psychological contract differ with respect to the working period. It was identified that teachers' organizational identification ranks were at a medium. It was uncovered that teachers' organizational identification levels differ according to age, gender, and seniority. It was figured out that there was a medium level positive relationship between the human resources, and structural dimensions of leadership orientation, and organizational identification. Lastly, a positive, medium-level significant relationship was detected between the relational psychological contract, and all dimensions of leadership orientation. A different model can be tested using more variables with participants from primary and high school levels. Experts working on the variables of the research can provide theoretical and practical mentoring support to managers.
