Tendon Hücreleri Kullanılarak Hazırlanan Allograftların Sıçan Aşil Tendonu Rejenerasyonu Üzerindeki Etkilerinin Araştırılması
Özet
The goal of this study was to determine the effects of tenocyte seeded decellularized tendon matrix allografts on the regeneration of rat Achilles tendon by histologic, molecular and biomechanic tests. With this purpose, tenocytes from rat Achilles tendon were isolated and primer seconder cultures were done. Tenocytes obtained from cell culture were seeded on decellularized tendon matrixes (DCM) and these composites were transplanted to rats with Achilles tendon defect. The phenotypic characterization of the cells were done by immunocytochemical staining techniques and realtime-polimerase chain reaction. The regenerative effects of transplanted allografts (composites) were determined by histopathological investigation. With this study, we aimed to make contributions to solve present and future encountering problems in tendon regeneration and tissue engineering fields.
