The aim of this research is to examine the experiences of child developmentalist who working as teacher, about childrens sexual behaviors and their reactions to these behaviors. The study was carried out with the phenomenology method, which is one of the qualitative research methods, and eight child developmentalist were involved in the study group. Within the scope of the research, interviews were made with audio recordings and then these audio recordings were analyzed. The data were grouped into themes using descriptive analysis. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the level of education, experience and having sex education were effective in displaying the appropriate approach about sexual behaviors, the child developmentalists needed help most in the classroom on masturbation behavior, and they needed more education and material about sexual development.
