The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of person-organization value fit on life satisfaction. Firstly, the effects of individual values on life satisfaction was analyzed. Then, research have contiuned with investigating of the effects of organizational values on life satisfaction. Finally, the hypothesis of the research that the effects of person- organization value fit on life satisfaction was tested. This study suggest that life satisfaction increase as the degree of adjustment between personal and organizational values increases. Hypotesis of the study tested with regression analysis. The data has been gathered from a sample of 194 working people who are members of y generation via survey in Turkey. Person-organization values fit scores have calculated with Tucker’s conquruence coefficient. Findings have shown that there is just one meaningful and positive relationship between person-organization values fit and life satisfaction. Results of the study have been debated in the discussion part and limitations have been mentioned. Various recommendations have been made to future researchers.
