Abstract
Nowadays, motion graphic designs that take place in popular applications are attracting more attention. Motion graphics in applications that are added every day, have a wide variety of designs. These applications, which are also of interest to preschool children, help to take precautions against house accidents which constitute a major danger. As a result of the researches, it is observed that there are not enough resources on this topic and the existing ones are not qualified visually and aesthetically. In this respect, the thesis is intended to be a resource for future researched and the thesis is examined in 4 chapters. In the first chapter, “Education of Preschool Children and Information Methods on House Accidents” were investigated. İn this sub -chapter; house accidents and possible causes and historical development of pre-school education and the methods and techniques used in education were examined. Second chapter, with the title of “Motion Graphics“ includes the historical development of motion graphics and the environments in which motion graphics are used. Motion graphics have been examined by using basic principles of design in this chapter. Under the third chapter; animations. electronic books, motion infographics and games have been examined under the title of “Animated Graphic Works Produced for the Education of Preschool Children”. Also examples from existing applications which may attract children's attention have been shared in the view of joyful learning approach. In the fourth chapter, the prepared application is explained in detail with support of visual contents. In accordance with the theoretical researches, an application project was prepared with the data obtained. Suggestions have been made to families in order to prevent some types of accidents for pre school children by providing educational and guiding directives.
