In this thesis, we have used Hartley-Ross Method to obtain unbiased estimators. We have proposed the families of estimators based on Hartley-Ross estimators in both Simple Random Sampling and Stratified Random Sampling. The variance equations of proposed estimators are obtained in theory and variance values of these estimators are found for two data sets in application. Moreover, the proposed estimators are compared with the mentioned estimators in literature. Finally, it is concluded that the proposed estimators based on the Hartley-Ross estimators are more efficient than the estimators in literature under the determined conditions in theory.
