| dc.description.abstract | Purpose of this study is determine whether cohesion perceptions rise in experimental group which including teams applied a season long team building intervention through team goal setting with regard to control group that including teams did not get any systematic support. Another purpose of this study is investigating the relationship between coach created motivational climate and cohesion of control and experimental group. Participants of this study are 75 male basketball players (mean age = 16,23) from 6 teams which competing in local Youth Basketball League. | dc.description.ozet | Bu çalışmanın amacı; bir sezon boyunca erkek basketbolculardan oluşan deney grubuna uygulanan takım hedefi belirleme yöntemiyle takım oluşturma müdahale yönteminin, sezon boyunca sistemli herhangi bir destek almayan kontrol grubuna göre takım sargınlık algısını artırıp artırmadığını belirlemektir. Çalışmanın bir diğer amacı ise; antrenörün yarattığı motivasyonel iklimin, kontrol ve deney gruplarında sargınlık ile ilişkisinin araştırılmasıdır. Araştırmaya altyapı liglerinde yarışan 6 takımdan toplam 75 basketbolcu (ortalama yaş=16,23) katılmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında GEQ, PMCSQ ve Sezon Sonu Kontrol Testi kullanılmıştır. | tr_TR |
