Throughout history, the Middle East has not been free due to war and internal turmoil. One of these countries is Syria. As a result of the internal turmoil in Syria, Turkey has received an intense migration. The fact that the majority of Syrian refugees coming to our country are under the age of 18 and educational problems are important for refugee children. The aim of this research is to determine 6th 7th and 8th grade refugee (Syrian) students studying in secondary school and their attitudes towards science course and whether there is a difference in terms of socio-demographic characteristics. "Attitude Scale Towards Elementary Science and Technology Lesson" was used within the scope of the research. The research population consists of Syrian students in 11 public schools in Ankara/Mamak district, and the sample consists of 389 Syrian students studying in these schools. In the research, quantitative data analysis was made and SPSS 23 program was used. Questionnaire technique was used to obtain the data. Frequency, reliability, normality tests, Mann Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis H analyzes were applied to the data. According to the results of the research, the attitudes of refugee (Syrian) students towards science lesson are positive, but they differ according to various socio-demographic characteristics. Since there are few studies in the literature on the subject of the research, it is expected that this research will contribute to both the literature and the sociological structure of our country.
