Abstract

Customs administration is the majör link to the world. Qualities of customs services have directly or indirectly affected each and every sector. In this respect customs administration is of the utmost importance for the public sector. Similarly, foreign trade plays an important role in increasing the efficiency and assisting the development of nations. Despite the reality, customs and foreign trade are largely neglected both in Ottoman and Republican era.
