The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of perceived critical success factors (top management support, successful change management, technical support of the software developer and efficient trainings, successful project management, clearly identified vision, the compatibility of the hardware and software programmes with the ERP system, the consistency of the legacy systems with the ERP system) on the perceived success of ERP system at hospitality sector. The distinction of this study is to analyse the success of the ERP system on perception basis.A survey is conducted to 128 ERP users at five business hotels in Ankara and through this way, the whole sample is comprehended. In correlation analysis, a positive relationship between perceived critical success factors and perceived success of ERP system is found.In regression analysis, all hypothesis cannot be rejected. The results of ANOVA shows that the perceived success of ERP systems is higher at institutionalized hotels.
