| dc.description.abstract | Along with being one of the basic concepts of architecture discipline, the concept of space has been debated on in many other fields. Being one of the fundamental problems from philosophy to sociology, physics to aesthetics, space has this diversity of meaning in the field of arts as well as in other disciplines throughout the history.Although it has not been possible to question the whole field of the expression of space in this paper, it has been intended to discuss space and the relation of space with art object in the frame of the art works created within the art history and the art works that have been commented on.Throughout the art history, space, which sometimes has been the primary concern, has sometimes been dealt with off the charts and its usage has gained different meanings as it had during the period of land art.1960s witnessed some art movements that came simultaneously and one after another. | tr_TR |

| dc.description.ozet | Mekan kavramı; mimarlık disiplininin temel kavramlarından olmakla birlikte diğer pek çok alanda üzerine tartışılır. Felsefeden, sosyolojiye, fizikten, estetiğe temel sorunsallardan biri olan mekan, farklı disiplinlerde gösterdiği anlam çeşitliliğini tarih boyunca sanat alanında da göstermiştir.Mekanın ifade alanının sorgusu bu tezle mümkün olmamakla beraber, tez kapsamında mekan ve mekanın sanat nesnesiyle ilişkisi sanat tarihi alanında üretilen ve tartışılan eserler çerçevesinde ele almak amaçlanmıştır.Sanat tarihi süresince kimi zaman temel konu olan mekan kimi zaman da alışılanın aksine ele alınmış, arazi sanatı döneminde olduğu gibi kullanımına yeni anlamlar getirilmiştir.1960 lar plastik sanatlarda eşzamanlı ve art arda gelen sanat hareketlerine sahne olmuştur. Bu çalışmada o tarihlerden günümüze sanatta mekan ve nesne ilişkisi tartışılacaktır. Mekanın sanat nesnesi üzerindeki etkisi çevresinde, sanat nesnesinin mekanla bütünlüğü irdelenecektir. | tr_TR |
