The purpose of this study is to analyze the views of school of foreign languages instructors about organizational culture in Ankara. For this purpose, the thoughts of foreign languages instructors related to organizational culture, the process of the organizational culture, and the necessity of process were analyzed. The research was conducted via one public, one private university in Ankara during 2018-2019 academic year. Qualitative research technique, case study design and semi-structured interview form were used to collect data. Descriptive and content analyses were used for data analysis and the results were supported by direct quotations from the participants. As a result of this study, it is determined the strong and weak aspects of school of foreign languages instructors’ views about organizational culture.
