It establishes relationships throughout life. They are the result of decisions are made. These decisions shape our life. This relationship created by man creates a butterfly effect. A conscious or unconscious person can leave deep traces in the life which he or she does not know. The importance attached to the relationship established by the person is increasing. The OECD defines these bonds as 'glue' Social Capital, which the OECD defines as 'Glue' as the World Bank's 'Lost Circle', has increasingly emerged as an important concept in the adaptation of refugees to the country. The countries need to survive this migration shock, and the social capital is necessary for development and the social capital are the essential factors for the development of the countries and the adaptation of the refugees. This study is examining the ability of Syrian who received adult education to use social capital and social networks. The results were evaluated for consistency with the theoretical information, and the results from the obtained findings were used to derive social capital and social networking skills. The results of the analysis and the consistency of the theoretical knowledge were evaluated and the results regarding the benefits of using social capital and social networking skills were reached based on the findings obtained. Working group of the study consists of 325 Syrians participated in adult education in Ankara. The research shows Syrians’ social capital and social network levels are effective in choosing their destination country, city, neighborhood, finding jobs and social cohesion.
