Bacillus Thuringiensis İle Çeşitli Boyaların Renk Giderimlerinin Araştırılması
Özet
Some dyes widely used especially in textile sector are discharged to the environment following dyeing process, which cause various acute or chronic effects on living organisms. Decolorization of dyes many of which include toxic substances and carcinogens is possible by using various physical and chemical methods. However, recent investigations indicate that the most advantageous and economical methods used in decolorization of dyes are the methods in which microorganisms are used. In this respect, decolorization of various dyes by Bacillus thuringiensis has been investigated. Within this context; decolorization of Methyl Orange, Acridine Orange, Aniline Yellow, Bismarck Brown Y, Evans Blue, Trypan Blue, Methylene Blue and Methyl Red dyes by using Bacillus thuringiensis strain has been investigated. It was determined that most efficient decolorization occur in the media containing Methyl Orange and Evans Blue dyes.
